Who We Are
The Resident Doctors' Association (RDA) at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University, is the official representative body for all resident doctors working in the hospital. Established with the core principle of uniting the medical fraternity, we stand as a strong voice for the welfare, academic growth, and rights of residents.
JNMC is one of the premier medical institutions in India, and its resident doctors are the backbone of its healthcare delivery system. The RDA ensures that these doctors have access to a safe working environment, fair duty hours, adequate facilities, and continuous academic enrichment.
Through constructive dialogue with the hospital administration and university authorities, we strive to elevate the standards of medical education and patient care.
